General Terms

We are Texas commissioned notaries following state law, recipient instructions, and industry standards.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For document drafting, we coordinate with independent Legal Document Preparation partners; separate fees apply.
All signers must be willing, alert, and capable, either in person or online. Service may be declined if a signer appears coerced, impaired, or unable to understand the document.
IDs must reasonably match documents. Bring recipient instructions if available.

Identification Requirements

Valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
For RON, identity verification is completed on the platform before your session.

Pricing: $40 initial session (includes 1 notarization, digital signature, and seal); $25 per additional notarization.
Requirements: Camera-enabled device, stable internet, and quiet space.
Records: Sessions are recorded and securely stored per Texas law.
No-shows: Missed sessions or failed ID verification are non-refundable; one free reschedule within 7 days.

We handle international documents, including federal filings like FBI background checks.
Standard service includes state and courier fees. Additional fees may apply for embassies, federal agencies, shipping, or translation.
Timelines are estimates; government or postal delays may occur.
Pricing: Starts at $250 for 4–7 business days (1 document + notarization). Additional documents $100. Rush options available with extra charge.

Payment is due at booking or appointment (major cards and approved digital payments).
Notary fees are non-refundable once completed. RON platform fees are non-refundable once ID verification is attempted.
Apostille fees are refundable only if canceled before submission; government and courier fees are non-refundable.

Documents returned via trackable courier or postal service.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the carrier accepts the package. Insurance available on request.

Clients may reschedule once with 12+ hours notice at no charge; shorter notice may incur a fee.
Provider reschedules are coordinated with the next available time or a trusted partner.
Emergencies or weather may require alternative scheduling.

We collect only information necessary to provide services and comply with law.
RON recordings and identity data are stored securely.
Personal information is never sold; shared only with necessary service partners.

Service may be declined for suspected fraud, incomplete documents, missing ID, unacceptable behavior, or violations of law or professional standards.

Signers must understand the document.
If an interpreter is required by the recipient, clients must arrange one in advance.
